270mm Takobiki - Monjiro
A Takobiki (also called Takohiki) is very much like a yanagi except the tip is square. The Takobiki shape is designed specifically to cut octopus, or Tako in Japanese. Although it is mainly used for the preparation of fish, it can be used on all types of food. This 270 mm Takobiki by Monjiro uses Shirogami White clad steel and features a red sandalwood D handle..
