8.5" Chef Knife-Fox Handmade
This 8.5" Chef Knife by Scott Fox of Fox Handmade Knives is made with 1095 High Carbon Steel that has been differentially heat treated and etched to reveal the Hamon line. Hardness is RC 62.
The handle features Orange Osage wood with bronze lightning strike carbon fiber, and copper and G10 spacers with mosaic and copper pins.
The blade is a full flat grind with a distal tapered 1.8mm thick spine with a blade height of 1 7/8". Overall length is 10 7/8" and weights approx. 4 oz.This beautiful blade comes secured in a padded zip case.
