Rose City Knifeworks was founded in 2014 in Portland, Oregon specializing in custom, handmade kitchen knives and cutlery. The smithy was started by Joe—a bladesmith and knifemaker with twenty years of experience in handcrafting blades—and Paul—bearing an underutilized masters in psychology and over a decade of experience in business to business sales. We started Rose City Knife Works to pursue a passion to create something unique and interesting in a town that encourages taking risks and being adventurous.
