Paprika Knives are made by Australian Ferenc Petho. Ferenc makes all Paprika knives one at the time, with old fashioned craftsmanship and lasting quality, and with aesthetic simplicity in form and function in mind. He loves to use and study traditional Scandinavian, Japanese and some tribal edged tools for that very reason. He strives to design and create the best, unique and individual knives that he can - knives his customers are proud to own and use.
