I ordered a Shapton stone set for my Edge Pro on December 6th and still no information on the product being shipped. After a week I called customer service and no response. After a couple more days I sent an email and still no response. I get that it's the holiday season and you're probably busy, but it takes 30 seconds to give your customer an update on their order. Is this typical? Are the stones on backorder? Are you guys closed for the holidays? Help me out here, what is going on?
